Smooth Modified Bitumen

14,000 square foot roof restoration.  We power washed the existing roof and made repairs as needed with Smooth Modified Bitumen.  We then coated the roof with an asphalt emulsion to seal any cracks or imperfections in the existing membrane.  Once the emulsion had time to cure, we returned and coated the roof with a reinforced aluminum coating for added strength and a reflectivity rating.
