Green Roof

8,200 square foot Tear-off existing roof system and re-roofed with insulation and installed a Modified Bitumen roof system.  We then went back a couple of years later and power washed the existing roof and made repairs as needed using white modified bitumen.  Over this we applied two coats of a bright white elastomeric roof coating.  We then installed a green roofing system including a protective mat, growth enhancing top soil and a full garden and walk path.
